Christmas is not complete without a honey-glazed ham as a centrepiece at your dining table. Our Christmas Ham is crafted from the hind leg that has been dry-cured with a salt-sand-spice rub which results in pleasantly salty, herbaceous flavours.

Storing Time/Tips: freeze well up to 12 months in an airtight container or bag at -18 °C
